About Brian

Hi, I'm Brian. Some people call me "Brian Mo." I spent 22 years in the radio industry.  10 years ago I moved to Maryland for a job hosting the afternoon show on a local radio station and decided to plant roots.  After buying my first home I realized how much I enjoyed the process and decided to hang up the headphones.  I'm passionate about helping others and developing relationships.  I am solution focused and understand the importance of diligence in this market. I realize there is so much that goes into buying/selling your home and I take pride in being able to help guide my clients through that process.  I am licensed in Maryland, PA and WV.   

I am a die hard Steelers and Penguins fan!  My wedding ring is even black and gold!  I have 3 awesome kids, Sidney (14), Sadie (8) and Taylor (1). My wife is also an agent and we work together with all our clients.  I love bingo, and volunteer weekly at our local fire company bingo.  I also donate my djing services to local charities like the Fraternal Order of Police Golf Tournament, 4-H Dance and St. Jude fundraising events.    Feel free to reach out with any real estate questions.  Moving is not a quick (or cheap) decision and whether your planning on moving this year or in 5 years I can help come up with the plan to get you where you want to be.

Meet Melissa

Hi,  I am Melissa.  I am a lifelong Marylander.  I graduated from Urbana High School and University of Maryland College Park (Journalism).  After 10 years as the Promotions Director of a local radio station I made the jump to real estate, following my husband Brian.  I have a strong marketing background and understand the importance little details can make in both buying and especially selling your home.  I love working with people and am happy to help develop a plan to get you where you want to be.  Brian and I work together so we come as a 2 for 1 deal! 

We live in Frederick County.  I am the proud mom of the sweetest little girl, Taylor (1), and Step Mom to Sidney (14) and Sadie (8).  We also have a golden retriever, Daisy.  Brian and I love being involved in the community. We are members of our local ambulance company and on Friday nights you can find us helping with bingo.  We also volunteer at the Frederick County Fair (my favorite event of the year!).  I would love to meet to see if we are a good fit to help with all your real estate needs!
